Traditionally most couples go with flowers for their wedding reception centrepieces, but flowers are certainly not the only option.

You'll want to consider the head table, the cake table, possibly a gift table and the guest dining tables. With a little inspiration and planning it is possible to have stunning decor for all your wedding tables, regardless of budget.

Buying centrepieces can become expensive – DIY is certainly not always the cheapest option. Save a great deal of your wedding budget by hiring as much as possible. Calculate the cost of buying vases, mirror plates, flowers, lighting, candles, etc. and the total will soon escalate. Add in tea light holders, aqua pearls and under vase lighting [LED light boxes] and you will soon find that it obviously makes more sense to hire. Hiring means that you will get quality glassware, quality flowers and all the elegant finishing touches for an incredibly low price. Low prices because we get to re‐use many of the elements.

Martini Glasses - From £25.00 TO HIRE

Giant martini vases make stunning centrepieces...

You can dress a giant martini glass with flower heads, rose domes, floating candles and petals or floral arrangements in oasis. Coloured water or aqua pearls can be lit from within by using submersible lights which give added depth. Many other embellishments can be added to personalise your design – we will happily discuss any of your design ideas with you. These prices demonstrate our fully inclusive design & hire service, which means that the completed centrepieces will be delivered to your venue and set in place by our team. We will then collect the centrepieces from the venue the following day.

Bubble Ball Centrepieces - From £20.00 TO HIRE

Due to animal welfare concerns, we do not use goldfish in any of our table decor and we believe companies that do show scant concern for the health and welfare of the fish.

Silver 5‐Arm Candelabra - From £25.00 TO HIRE

Nickel plated Warwick Candelabras with 5 wicks. Giant candelabras can be adorned with flowers or simply draped with trailing ivy or crystal chains to give a simple and elegant finish. Of course, they can also be left undressed if a classic look is required.

Balloon Topiaries - From £15.00 per Topiary TO HIRE

 

Beautifully versatile balloon topiaries comprise a cluster of 6” latex balloons [double stuffed] mounted on a 30” plexiglass stand. They are priced from £15.00, including lighting and all embellishments [marabou feathers, butterflies, wired ribbon bows, rose and/or ivy garland and silk flowers] and are TO HIRE. They can be easily moved around [useful if your reception room is to be re‐arranged after the wedding breakfast, before the evening party] providing maximum value for money. Because miniature led light strings are entwined within the topiary and along the length of the stand [if required] the topiaries will twinkle prettily the whole evening through. As with all our design and hire centrepieces, they will be delivered to the venue on the morning of your wedding, set in place by our team [placed on mirror plates/LED light boxes/surrounded by table crystals and crystal tea light holders – all competitively priced extras to give your tables the WOW factor] and then collected by us, the following day. Everything is taken care of by us, for you.

 

Pomander Topiary Trees - From £25.00 per pomander topiary TO HIRE

A beautiful, tightly packed rose ball, mounted on a ribbon wrapped ‘trunk’ and planted into a silver coloured pitcher. Further embellishments can be added [crystals in the pomander], diamante on the pitcher, butterflies or extra ribbons and bows.

Glass Mirror Cube Vase - from £15.00 each TO HIRE

12cm bevel mirror glass cube, 4.8” square, filled with oasis and a silk flower arrangement of your choice. There is a small premium to pay for the substitution of fresh flowers.

Luau Palm Tree Bouquets - From £35.00 each TO HIRE

Our Ostrich Feather centrepieces will bring the WOW factor to any venue. Standing over a metre tall, they are the perfect centrepiece for a truly memorable wedding day. Each centrepiece is supplied in an 80cm tall, glass lily bud vase [round base] with submersible LED lighting within the vase [included in the price]. The vase itself is filled with aqua pearls/acrylic gel or acrylic crushed ice, which can also be supplied in a variety of colours to provide a contrast to the feathers [also included in the price].

An LED light box underneath the display [for an extra £2.50] can also light the bouquets from underneath. The feathers can be supplied in the following colours, either as a solid colour or you can mix them:

• Light Pink
• Hot Pink

  

Other colours can be sourced to meet your requirements, although pure white is the most popular wedding colour.
